Bobelo does not accept returns or exchanges due to the current atmosphere with the global pandemic except in cases of a quality problem.
Bobelo is focused on improving the environment through a reduction in waste and invites our customers to do the same. If after trying our products you feel it is not right for you, please donate any remaining product to family members or friends. Don’t worry, we won’t be offended. Ok, maybe just a little.
But what about the bottle? I wish I had gotten a different color…
Does your bottle leak or did it arrive damaged? Does it simply not speak to you? The good news, if you received a damaged bottle, please see our warranty page--we’ve got you covered. The bad news, bottles don’t typically talk. If yours does, you might want to make sure you bought a Bobelo and not a smart home device. Bobelo bottles don’t talk--yet.
To ensure the safety of both our customers and our team, Bobelo does not accept returns or exchanges due to the current pandemic. At this time, we are unable to provide exchanges for color preferences. If you don’t love it, we’re sure your mom will (we recommend putting a red bow on top for the extra “wow” factor. Works every time, trust us). Any other concerns regarding the bottle can be found on our warranty page, or, you can contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I don’t like the flavor I ordered. Can I try something else?
We get it! Flavor is personal and sometimes, it just doesn’t tickle your taste buds. Bobelo offers a 45-day Flavor Guarantee. While we do not accept returns due to the fact that our product is consumable, we are happy to offer store credit and guidance in picking out another amazing flavor to try. If you have additional unused stick packs, we encourage you to give the gift of refreshing bubbles to someone else (like your cousin, your best friend or that one person you met on a dating app. Your uncle twice removed works, too).
I ordered for a friend / family member, and unfortunately they cannot have the product due to special circumstances (illness, allergies, death, etc.)
We completely understand that life happens and some things are simply out of our control. If you have a situation similar to the one described above, please reach out to our team at email@example.com. We will be happy to assist you further on a case-by-case basis. However, as Bobelo strives to be transparent and honest with our customers, we ask you to do the same (please don’t trick us--it hurts our feelings).
